Flight delayed or cancelled? You could be owed up to €600 per person. Keep all of it.

Free 60-second check whether the airline owes you money, whether you have not claimed yet or they have already said no. Then you get the complete claim kit: a letter backed by official flight data, the text for the airline’s web form and the exact escalation route. €9.90 once instead of a 35 % cut. You keep 100 %.

Not claimed yet? You get the claim kit. Already rejected? Airlines turn down more than half of valid claims at first contact, usually with the “extraordinary circumstances” template. That is exactly what the rebuttal kit with evidence is for.

What you get

A complete claim file, built for your flight

Not a template. Every document is generated from your route, the airline’s stated reason and the official data for your flight day.

  • Letter to the airline

Facts, legal basis, distance band and amount, point-by-point rebuttal of the airline’s reason with the relevant CJEU rulings, 14-day deadline. Print as PDF or copy.

  • Short text for the airline’s web form

Ryanair, easyJet and Wizz only accept claims through their forms. The condensed version fits their character limits, with a verified link to the right form.

  • Evidence pack from official data

Eurocontrol ATFM delay minutes by cause for your airports and airspace, plus every METAR weather report of the day. The data that shows whether “ATC” or “weather” really grounded your flight.

  • Escalation plan with dates

Which free ADR scheme or regulator is competent for your route, from when, what it needs, with direct links, and how small claims work if the airline still stalls.

  • Follow-up documents

A pre-written regulator / ADR complaint and a second reminder letter, ready when the deadline passes.

  • Checklist and personal link

Your kit stays available under a personal link and updates itself when new Eurocontrol data for your flight day is published.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes, during our launch phase. You give us your email address, we send you the complete kit and occasional updates about the service. No card, no hidden fee, no share of your compensation. Paid options may follow later; anything you receive now stays free.

Is this legal advice?

No. The checker and the kit are software that assembles documents from your inputs and public data. We are not a law firm and do not assess your individual case. For binding advice, consult a lawyer or your national consumer centre.

Which flights are covered?

EU261: all flights departing from the EU, Iceland, Norway or Switzerland, and flights arriving there on an EU airline. UK261: flights departing the UK, and flights into the UK on a UK or EU airline. APPR: flights to, from or within Canada. The 3-hour threshold and the €250/€400/€600 amounts remain in force under the 2026 EU reform.

Why does the airline’s reason matter so much?

Airlines only escape compensation for “extraordinary circumstances” they can prove. EU courts have ruled that technical defects, crew shortages and the airline’s own strikes are not extraordinary. Weather and air traffic control can be, but only if they actually hit your flight. The kit documents this with data.

What if my case is weak?

The free check tells you. If the airline’s reason is usually accepted (e.g. an air traffic control strike), we say so before you enter anything else.

Where does the evidence come from?

Eurocontrol publishes daily air traffic flow management delay data by cause, and historical airport weather reports (METAR) are public. We pull both for your flight day and attach them to your letter.

How long do I have to claim?

It depends on the country whose courts would hear the case: 6 years in England and Wales, 3 years in Germany, 5 in France and Spain, 2 in Italy and the Netherlands, 1 year in Canada. The 2026 EU reform introduces a much shorter deadline for flights from late 2027 on.
