What KitClaim is and is not

KitClaim is software that assembles documents for air passenger compensation claims from your inputs and public data (letter to the airline, form text, evidence pack, escalation plan). We are not a law firm, not a debt collector and not a claims agency that takes an assignment of your claim. We do not provide legal advice and do not assess individual cases. Your claim stays entirely yours.

Amounts and rules follow Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, its UK version (UK261) and Canada’s Air Passenger Protection Regulations as of October 2026. Laws, case law and competent bodies change; the law in force at the time is what counts.

Liability for content and links

The content of this website has been prepared with care. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current. The evidence pack reproduces third-party data (Eurocontrol, METAR weather reports, flight status data) unchanged. External links (airline forms, ADR schemes, regulators) were checked when they were added; their operators alone are responsible for their content.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The European Commission’s former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025.
